R3 is rapidly expanding our portfolio of water reuse and treatment assets. We are looking for an entrepreneurial investment analyst to join our team.
About the Role
The Project Analyst position will require flexibility and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment. It will entail analysis of investment opportunities in water infrastructure projects, utilization of multiple technologies to assist in feasibility analysis, and preparation of key client and investor materials.Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide support throughout the entire investment process including: financial modeling, understanding complex project level agreements, reviewing initial due diligence materials, conducting research, preparing presentation materials, coordinating consultants, etc.
- Develop a deep understanding of our technology partners and continually improve our use of design technologies.
- Collaborate with our software developers to gain forward looking industry insights from our proprietary database and analytics.
- Occasional administrative assistance.
Qualifications
- Must possess an undergraduate degree with a preference for candidates with degrees in business, finance or engineering.
- Experience in water, wastewater, waste management, renewable energy, real estate development, construction or engineering is strongly preferred.
- Beginner to intermediate level understanding of financial statements and models.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional small team environment with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to shift roles and take on new responsibilities.
